Terms and Conditions
Please read our terms and conditions carefully. Your use of the Sawaz.co.uk web site (www.sawaz.co.uk) and purchase of products on it means that you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Shopping with Sawaz
1. You can order from us in the following ways:
- online via the website
- via fax on 0845 4500582 (24hrs)
2. When you place an Order for a Product in either of the ways listed above you are agreeing to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.
3. When you place an Order online we will send you and email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your Order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your Order. If a Product is not available we will let you know via email if possible.
4. Sawaz.co.uk reserves the right to cancel any sale and not supply Products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of Products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
5. All new Orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.
6. We endeavour to ensure that all prices on Sawaz.co.uk are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the Products in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you have supplied us with. We will then give you the option of re-confirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the Order as cancelled). If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full.
Payment
7. You must pay for your Order before it is delivered and you can do so by credit card or debit card. We regret that we cannot accept Visa Electron Cards on site.
Credit Cards
8. Orders may be processed online or via fax using a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta and Switch/Solo).
9. To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to ensure that these details cannot be intercepted by a third party.
10. Your credit card company may also carry out security checks to confirm that your order is genuine.
11. All Orders are subject to our own security and credit card verification procedures. Sawaz.co.uk reserves the right to withhold any Order that has failed to be verified. Should there be any problem with verification of your card details you will be notified via email.
Availabilty
12. We endeavour to keep Sawaz.co.uk as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that a particular Product will always be available. If we are unable to supply a Product you will be refunded for it.
13. All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a Product you have Ordered, we will notify you via email, where possible, and will either refund you for that item or provide you with further information regarding future availability.
Delivery
14. Sawaz.co.uk delivers to destinations mainland UK (including Northern Ireland).

16. Orders are dispatched either via Royal Mail (1st Class), Recorded Delivery or via courier. Our couriers require a signature and operate between 8am - 6pm on weekdays only, so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your parcel during these hours.
17. We regret that we can only track orders sent via Courier. Those sent via Royal Mail 1st Class or Recorded Delivery cannot be tracked until delivery.
18. We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on Sawaz.co.uk but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
19. Please Order from Sawaz.co.uk with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as Sawaz.co.uk cannot be responsible for this.
20. This does not affect your Statutory Rights as the consumer.
Copyright and Trade Marks
21. All content of this site, including text, images, source codes, logos, icons and photos and all other material, is the property of Sawaz.co.uk or its content providers and is protected by the United Kingdom and international copyright laws.
22. The site is for personal use only and users may not exploit any part of the content in any way without the written permission of the copyright owner. All rights reserved.
23. Permission is granted to print and electronically copy portions of the Sawaz.co.uk site for the sole purpose of placing an order with Sawaz.co.uk or using this website as a shopping resource. Any other use of this website and its materials, including reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, modification, distribution, or republication without the prior written permission of Sawaz.co.uk, is strictly prohibited.
24. Sawaz.co.uk does not make any warranty or representation in respect of any other trade mark and the trade marks of the brands featured on Sawaz.co.uk belong to their respective owners.
Privacy and Data Protection
25. Sawaz.co.uk is committed to protecting your privacy and promises only to use information collected about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
26. When you place an Order, we may ask you for certain information and you may submit personal data to Sawaz.co.uk (for example your name, phone number, postal address, email address, contact and bank/credit card details). We may also record which Products you are interested in and which Products you purchase as well as customer traffic patterns and site use. This information will be kept securely in accordance with our internal security policy and may be used to:
- Process your Order;
- Provide you with an up to date, efficient and reliable service;
- Help to prevent fraud i.e. we check card details with our merchant card checking facility and reserve the right to refuse Orders on that basis;
- Provide a more tailored shopping experience.
27. By making an Order and submitting your data you agree to this use.
28. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
29. At no time will any information gained about you be passed on to any third-party for marketing purposes.
Returns
30. We do accept goods back at Sawaz.co.uk. However, only in the following circumstances:- We accept goods back, for any reason that are unused;
- We cannot accept goods back that have been used.
31. If you have received the wrong goods, we will make sure that you receive the correct goods at no extra cost, and will bear all costs for the return of the products. Please contact returns@sawaz.co.uk to arrange this. If you wish to return goods to Sawaz.co.uk the returns address is:

Sawaz.co.uk Responsibilities
32. Sawaz.co.uk has endeavoured to make the descriptions (including all images) of the Products as accurate as possible but we cannot be held responsible for changes in Size, Content or Presentation of Products made by the relevant manufacturer.33. Because of the nature of the Internet Sawaz.co.uk provides and maintains Sawaz.co.uk on an "as is", "as available" basis and makes no promise that use of Sawaz.co.uk will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.
34. Sawaz.co.uk will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unforeseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet outages, communication outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.
35. These Terms do not affect your Statutory Rights as a consumer.
36. Subject as aforesaid, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Sawaz.co.uk excludes liability for loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising, including without limitation any direct, indirect or consequential loss whether or not such loss arises out of any problem you notify to Sawaz.co.uk and Sawaz.co.uk shall have no liability to pay any money by way of compensation, including without limitation all liability in relation to:
- Any incorrect or inaccurate information on Sawaz.co.uk;
- Any interruptions to or delays in updating Sawaz.co.uk;
- The infringement by any person of any Intellectual Property rights of any third party caused by their use of Sawaz.co.uk or any Product purchased through Sawaz.co.uk;
- Any loss or damage resulting from your use of inability to use the Sawaz.co.uk website or resulting from un-authorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control;
- Any loss of profit, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from our error;
- Any amount or kind of loss or damage due to viruses or other malicious software that may infect a user's computer equipment, software, data or other property caused by persons accessing, using or downloading Sawaz.co.uk, or from transmissions via emails or attachments received from Sawaz.co.uk;
- All representations, warranties, conditions and other terms which but for this notice would have effect.
General
37. Sawaz.co.uk may change or withdraw any part of Sawaz.co.uk, or may refuse you access to the web site at any time if we consider it necessary.
38. Sawaz.co.uk may also terminate this Agreement and immediately remove, cancel or suspend access to and use of Sawaz.co.uk upon breach of any part of these Terms whatsoever.
39. Termination shall be without prejudice to Sawaz.co.uk's other rights.
40. Sawaz.co.uk acts as a principal on its own account and not as an agent for you or any other person.
41. If Sawaz.co.uk does not enforce any provision of this agreement such will not be considered a continuing waiver.
42. In the event that any part of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, such part will at Sawaz.co.uk 's option be construed as far as possible to reflect the parties' intentions and the remainder of the provisions will remain in full force and effect.
43. These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Sawaz.co.uk and may only be amended in writing. They apply to the exclusion of all other Terms or Conditions of contract proposed.
